Integrated web portal and Social Media strategy

Challenge:
Our German customer, a recruiting company, wanted to create a new web portal for their Spanish subsidiary. Furthermore, in order to increase brand awareness in the foreign market, a comprehensive Social Media strategy needed to be created and integrated with a coherent tone-of-voice of the Social Media channels and the web presence in Spain.

Solution:
whiteisland has created a new web portal which intuitively lets the website visitors find any job they are interested in and would like to apply to. In parallel, a comprehensive Social Media strategy and operational management through LinkedIn has been created and put into operation. Based on the customer’s CI guidelines, we designed a new and easy to navigate web presence for their Spanish target groups, as well as content which is interrelated with the company’s Social Media presence. An active community management has helped to grow the company’s audience organically.
